COMPOSITION:	Each capsule contains Pregabalin IP 75 mg Methylcobalamin IP 750 mcg

PHARMACOTHERAPEUTIC CLASS:	Pregabalin: Neuropathic Pain Agent/ Alpha-2 delta ligand Methylcobalamin: Anti-anemic agent/Vitamin/Nerve Supplement
INDICATIONS:	Peripheral Neuropathy, Diabetic Neuropathy, Drug Induced Neuropathy Adjunct to partial seizures Bell’s Palsy Fibromyalgia Sciatica
DOSAGE AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION:	Route of Administration: Oral The dose must be as directed by the physician.
CONTRAINDICATIONS :	Known hypersensitivity to Pregabalin or Methylcobalamin or any other components of the formulation. Infants and Neonates: Safety and Efficacy of Pregalin has not been established.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:	Geriatric patients Patients with glaucoma or any other ocular disease Patients with diabetes mellitus Patients with heart disease Patients with history of liver disease Pregabalin can increase your risk of having suicidal thoughts and behavior. Talk to your doctor right away if you have any unusual changes in your mood or behavior, new or worsening depression, or thoughts of harming yourself.
PREGNANCY AND LACTATION:	Use of this medication during pregnancy and lactation is not advised unless directed by the physician.
SIDE EFFECTS:	Common side effects include dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, constipation, tiredness, uncoordinated body movements. If these effects are mild, they may go away within a few days or a couple of weeks. If they’re more severe or don’t go away, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. Call your doctor right away if you have serious side effects like serious allergic reactions.
STORAGE AND HANDLING:	Keep the medication stored at normal room temperature and out of reach of children and pets. Dispose unused medications and expired medications properly to avoid adverse effects.
PRESENTATION:	Available in the pack of 10’s in ALU-PVDC blister. 10 such blisters are packed in a printed carton.
